The Escort X50 Rev 5 S7 is a great radar detector. The Escort Redline is also a great radar detector too.

Well, if you need help getting it back, let me know. No one should steal another person's rd. That is wrong!

Well finally got an escort redline. After many hot debates I decided to finally break down and get one.

Post by RemoteInstall on Sun Mar 20, 2011 11:29 pm

Well after many hot debates with friends. I decided to get an Escort Redline. Being a huge Escort Radar fan for years. Them being my favorite detector on the market. I was happy to see that the Escort Redline did so well against the V1. A lot of times, putting my 3.858 V1 to shame. Which is interesting. Yet at the same time sad to see such a nice piece of electronics resting peacefully now.

Even though the Escort X-50 Rev. 5 blue is the first detector to ever let me down with an I/O radar ticket. I am still proud to say that Escort Radars performance is right where it should be. Though, I was saddened by the ticket with an X-50. It was in essence partly on me. The X-50 warned me on my way up to the club. On the way back I should have taken notice on the same road. I was talking with the at the time g/f, and wham I/O 35.5 Ghz Ka Band Radar. Decatur Electronics 35.5 Ghz Genesis II. Deadly gun, the only warning received by X-50 was the gun hitting me. Quick trigger. Which was illegal. Even though it was brought up in court along with many other things. The judge decided in all her unapparent wisdom to uphold the ticket from the officer. Which seemed very arbitrary at best.
